:: Daily Cleaning
1. Daily & Periodically cleaning services
will be carried out by well trained cleaners
in accordance with the scope of works
specified.
2. Desks, chairs, fixtures and fittings
shall be dusted.
3. Wastebins shall be emplied and plastic
liners replace daily.
4. Telephone shall be wiped clean using
antiseptic impregnated cloth to leave a
finger marks leaving a smear free finish.
5. Hard areas i.e. switches, doors drawers
etc. Shall be damp cleaned to remove finger
marks leaving a smear free finish.
6. Chromium stainless steel and aluminum
fixtures and fittings shall be wiped clean
to leave a smear free finish.
7. Ashtrays shall be cleaned leaving them
with a dry & bright finish.
8. Computers, printers and calculators shall
be cleaned.
9. Window blind shall be dusted.
1O.Hard floor surfaces shall be thoroughly
cleaned using a dust control mop and paying
particular attention to corners edges.
11 .Hard floor surfaces shall be damp mopped
and where it is necessary to remove
impregnated dirt using a bactericidal
detergent solution.
12.Hard areas main entrance shall be cleaned
along with main door, glasses, steps and
main lobby.
13.The area shall deodorized using an
environmentally safe spray.
14.ATM at all branches along with its
surrounds shall be cleaned thoroughly.
15 .Wooden furniture shall be polished with
a synthetic wax polish to give a high gloss
durable finish.
16.Carpets on floor surfaces shall be
vacuumed using a power brush sweeper to
remove deep ingrained soiling.
17.Wash hand basins, bath tubs, showers,
soaps dishes etc. Shall be using a detergent
solution and wiped dry to clean smear free
finish.
18.Sinks and taps shall be washed using a
detergent solution and wiped dry to leave a
dry clean bright smear finish.
19.Worktops shall be washed using a
detergent solution and wiped dry to a clean,
smear free finish.
20.W.C. bowl interiors shall be cleaned with
brush and toilet cleaner. The W.C. (both
side) and cover (both sides) outside of W.C.
bowl pipes and flush handle shall be washed
with a detergent / disinfectant solution to
leave bright.
21.All split bins to be cleaned daily and
refilled with lime stone powder.. |
